What we do
Friends is an integral part of Coten End Primary School and in the
2010 / 2011 school year we aim to raise £12,000 to fund projects and activities that will benefit every child in the
school. We also provide a vibrant social atmosphere where staff, parents and pupils get together informally.

How we do it
We encourage as many people as possible to get involved and help us to run the events. as a registered
charity we have to have elected officers, but our meetings are all very informal. we meet once each half term to discuss
upcoming events and plan new ones, then each event's organising team make the events happen: So meetings are kept to a
minimum, we prefer to get on with the doing!!

Who we are
The Friends Team consists of parents and staff and anyone else who wants to
get involved. The current 'officers' are:
